Bajaj Allianz's Extended Warranty Insurance Policy lets you cover the expenses of repair/replacement of your product even after the expiration of manufacturer's warranty.

Coverage offered by Extended Warranty Insurance Policy

• Provides coverage against potential threat of malfunctioning of consumer durable appliances and enhances confidence in the product quality by ensuring repair services at the authorized service centers
• Covers the cost of repair/replacement of the consumer durable appliances (i.e. insured asset) arising out of unforeseen defects in the material or poor workmanship within the Policy Period
• Wider coverage as compared to an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
• Extended Warranty can be purchased on any Product within 180 days of the invoice date

Exclusions under Extended Warranty Policy

The general exclusions under this scheme include any loss or damage arising out of:

• The insured asset not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
• Loss or damage for which the manufacturer of the insured asset is responsible under a Guarantee and/or Warranty
• Any external cause, including but not limited to fire, theft, explosion, water damage, acts of God etc.
• Excessive usage of the insured asset such as overloading, straining, over-running, short circuiting and normal wear and tear
• Failure of parts which are subject to recall by the manufacturer of the insured asset
• The insured asset being subject to commercial, rental or profit generation purposes
• Change of ownership of the insured asset
